Constructing LED scrolling display

Took much longer than I've predicted. More soldering....I have to construct and solder all the wires connecting. Hoping I didn't screw up in any process. Burnt myself and

Major soldering of all the components of the tiny ardweeny. Separate holding of the wires of the toggle switch, dc power, and the ps/2 port before putting in the breadboard. Run and test the code in the arduino to ardweeny. Problems... error...

Failed attempt, as I couldn't get it to work, and is not lighting up. Do not know if it is because it need 12V. Grezeik in Digital Media cannot get it to work either. Give up. Plan B. Maplin..
